1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products through this website operated by KOFOKA DISTRIBUTION LTD
(“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not place an order.
These Terms apply to business-to-consumer (B2C) sales only.

3. Products
We sell generators and related equipment (“Products”).
All product descriptions, specifications and images are provided for information purposes only.
Minor variations in appearance or specifications may occur and do not constitute a defect.
Products are intended for domestic or light commercial use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

We are not currently VAT registered. No VAT is charged on our prices.

If our VAT status changes, prices will be updated accordingly.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order.
We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
5. Order Process and Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email.

A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:

the product is out of stock,

pricing errors occur,

we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
6. Delivery
We deliver to all parts of the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the Products.
Ownership of the Products passes to you only after full payment has been received.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at:

You must return the Products within 14 days of cancellation.
8. Returns and Refunds (Change of Mind)

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If Products are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to:

replacement,

refund (full or partial).
You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
10. Warranty and Proper Use
Products must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Damage caused by:

misuse,

improper installation,

lack of maintenance,

unauthorised modification,
is not covered and may invalidate any warranty.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

death or personal injury caused by negligence,

fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,

any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for:

indirect or consequential losses,

loss of profit, business or opportunity.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions or government actions.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
